Between Monday and Friday from 9:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. as well as from Saturday 4:00 p.m. until Monday 5:00 a.m., regular IT maintenance work, system updates, and data backups are carried out in our facilities.During these periods, restrictions in technical availability as well as delays or failures in the delivery of e-mails and faxes may occur.We expressly point out that the transmission of business-critical or time-sensitive information should only take place during regular business hours in order to ensure proper and timely delivery.

We do not assume any liability for delays or non-delivery of messages during the aforementioned maintenance windows.
